Independent Software Development

Developing and maintaining open-source software and self-hosted infrastructure, with a current focus on Go, Meshtastic, federated systems, and Linux tooling.

  • Develop and maintain MeshGo, a desktop client for Meshtastic networks written in Go.
  • Build and operate Meshtastic mapping and monitoring tools.
  • Develop small utilities for Linux and home-server administration, including amdgputop-web and HDD-related tools.
  • Maintain self-hosted infrastructure built around Traefik, Authelia, Anubis, and Woodpecker CI.

B2Broker

  • Maintained and extended the B2Core backend and administrative interface using PHP/Laravel.
  • Implemented and tested fiat, cryptocurrency payment-system, and KYC integrations end to end in PHP, including IDWise, PaymentAsia, Paymid, FairPay, Ramp, Ozow, and others.
  • Worked on migrating existing payment integrations from the PHP monolith to Payment Systems Service, a standalone Go service, and implemented new integrations including LuqaPay and others.
  • Maintained the existing in-house B2BINPAY integration and developed its V3 API integration in PHP, with minor contributions to the related Go service.

FFW Agency

Developed Drupal 8 backends and integrations for projects serving international consumer brands and a premium imaging and optics manufacturer.

  • Set up new Drupal sites and developed custom modules for content import and synchronization, CDN content management, data processing, and external-service integrations.
  • Maintained community Drupal modules and contributed reusable fixes upstream.
  • Represented the development team in client meetings and discussed implementation details with client stakeholders.
  • Provided backend capabilities required by frontend teams and advised colleagues on development tooling and Linux usage.

UTS Travel

Developed and maintained the company’s central back-office platform for travel inventory and reference data used across its B2B and B2C products. It consolidated data from external sources and gave operations teams tools to manage hotel rates, transport and ticketing data, service providers, and geographic records. The platform also supported manual correction and reconciliation of inconsistent supplier data.

  • Served as the senior developer responsible for ongoing maintenance, new features, and improvements, working with another backend developer and a team responsible for data-import integrations.
  • Reviewed code for the core platform and related integrations.
  • Evaluated test assignments from backend developer candidates.
  • Helped migrate legacy code from Symfony 2.7 to Symfony 4+.
  • Set up a test Docker Swarm environment for an internal experiment with containerized services handling external integrations.

Plastic Windows Online

Worked with a frontend developer to build an interactive e-commerce site for a manufacturer and online retailer of standard and made-to-order uPVC windows.

  • Developed the backend of an online configurator for made-to-order uPVC windows and accessories.
  • Implemented configuration and validation logic that translated customer-selected dimensions, materials, colors, glazing, window sills, and other options into valid, manufacturable window assemblies.
  • Dynamically generated customized window visualizations for an interactive apartment preview.
  • Implemented order processing and export to the company’s 1C:Enterprise system.

F5 Digital Agency

  • Developed a university graduation project that entered production: a tourism-statistics collection and reporting system used by regional municipalities and travel companies.
  • Developed OpenCart stores, WordPress projects, and other websites.
  • Introduced Git-based source control and structured project deployment practices into the company’s development workflow, and created onboarding documentation.
  • Established company-managed server infrastructure for development and testing environments, the internal CRM, and other services, replacing the company’s previous reliance on shared hosting.
  • Onboarded and mentored interns in the Git and deployment workflows, and reviewed their code.
  • Provided architectural guidance to interns working on custom applications that did not use the company’s usual CMS platforms.
